Subsea Technologies' goal has always been to provide the highest level of technical support for all of the products we offer. We have built close relationships with all of the manufacturers we represent, with many of these even pre-dating the formation of the company back in 2000.
We are also the factory authorized service center for most of the products we sell so have extensive knowledge from both an operational and maintenance/repair standpoint.
We provide technical phone support during normal office hours and then via an answering service at all other times. Callers can either leave a message and expect a prompt call back, or can request to be patched through to the person on call.

Subsea Technologies can provide training for both equipment operation and maintenance/repair, either at our Katy, TX office or onsite at a customer's own facility. Training classes can range from one-on-one training to a full classroom environment.
We also have a fully equipped 24ft pontoon boat at nearby Lake Conroe for on-water customer training, product testing and calibration.
