Technical Support
Our goal has always been to provide the highest level of technical support for all of the products we offer. We have built close relationships with all of the manufacturers we represent, with many of these even pre-dating the formation of the company back in 2000.
We are also the factory authorized service center for most of the brands we sell, and have extensive knowledge from both an operational and maintenance/repair standpoint.
We provide technical phone support during our normal office hours, and via an answering service at all other times. Callers can either leave a message and expect a prompt call back, or can request to be patched through to the person on call.

Remote Computer Support with TeamViewer
For real-time remote support and troubleshooting, we use the TeamViewer program to view and control the remote computer desktop.
TeamViewer is free to download and run on the remote computer. You can download the TeamViewer Quick Support program here:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/windows/
Once installed, you’ll need to run TeamViewer and provide us with your User ID and Password.
Note that the Password changes each time you open the program.
Product Training
Subsea Technologies can provide training for both equipment operation and maintenance/repair, either at our office in Katy, TX, or onsite at a customer's own facility. Training classes can range from one-on-one training to a full classroom environment.
We also have a fully equipped 24ft pontoon boat at nearby Lake Conroe for on-water customer training, product testing and calibration.
