Tallysman Wireless Inc. was acquired by Calian Group Ltd. in September 2020 with a plan to integrate their products, solutions and services into the trusted Calian brand. Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, with offices around the globe, Calian employs over 4,500 people as a diverse products and services company providing innovative healthcare, communications, learning, IT and cybersecurity solutions.
They are pleased to advise you that as the last phase of our integration plan, the Tallysman company name is being rebranded to Calian, and its legal operating name will change to Calian GNSS Ltd. They will have a “Formerly Known As” in place for some time.
This change allows us to leverage the broader spectrum of innovative offerings available through Calian.
